Social Media Manager

At Tribe 7 Lacrosse, I jumped on board during an exciting phase – a brand new look after a cool rebrand. My job was simple yet thrilling: give their online presence a facelift, boost brand awareness, and grow the follower count. We aimed for more than just numbers; it was about reshaping how Tribe 7 Lacrosse showed up online. Together, we navigated the lacrosse community, blending fresh visuals with a revamped vibe to create something truly engaging.

Objective One: Create a West Coast Feel

As the social media manager, I took on the challenge of infusing a fresh vibe into the existing social media pages following the company's recent rebranding. With a strategic shift from the east coast to the laid-back essence of the west coast, I transformed the online presence by framing product shots against the backdrop of palm trees and the beach. Leveraging the new logo featuring a character perfectly embodying the west coast spirit, I crafted posts showcasing him at different iconic locations. The result was a visual narrative that resonated with the west coast lifestyle, earning the company's enthusiastic approval for the positive and impactful change I brought to their brand image.

Objective Two: Grow the Following

Given the task of boosting brand presence and followers, I made it a mission to try every possible trick to gain traction. It was my first gig that really opened my eyes to how algorithms work and the different strategies needed for various apps.
